If you are accessing the Platform from outside the U.S., you consent to your data being transferred to and processed in the United States under U.S. law.

Your continued use of Troutr after changes are posted indicates acceptance of those changes.

13. Google User Data

Data we access. If you choose to sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from your Google account. We do not request access to your Gmail, Google Drive, Calendar, Contacts, or any other Google data.

How we use it. We use this information only to create your Troutr account, sign you in, and display your name and photo on your profile. We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not use it to train AI or machine learning models.

Sharing. We do not sell Google user data. We do not share or transfer it to third parties, except to service providers that host and operate Troutr on our behalf, when required by law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with notice to you.

Storage and protection. Google user data is stored with your account on secure servers, encrypted in transit, and accessible only to authorized personnel who need it to operate the service.

Retention and deletion. We keep this data while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from My account, or email privacy@troutr.com, and your Google user data will be deleted. You can also revoke Troutr's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Limited Use. Troutr's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
